  I always receive great service at this branch. We have had multiple loans and accounts with MACU and have never had a bad experience. I have signed up 3 teenagers at this branch as well. I love that they are open on Saturdays.

  Mountain America Credit Union has always been there when we needed some help, more so ever our latest experience we had our house flood from our refrigerator filter while we where at work. We called the insurance company and they recommended a company so we used them. We had problems with them coming in and doing the same work over an over and they really didn't address our concerns, but making a long story short we had to terminate the agreement because they had gone over the insurance company's adjusted work related repairs cost. We where in a little bind to begin with before these issues and we had some remodel work we wanted done but this how ever was not the time, but this just put us in a bind to complete the other issues so we where compelled to finish this mess in its entirety . We meet Mountain America credit services and had explained to them our issues and our goal, and they had exceeded our concerns and expectations. What a relief it was for someone to be behind us at such an inconvenient time, it was an awesome feeling walking out of the Credit Union, and was a very heartfelt experience an relief.

  Great bank (oops, credit union) to work with. Great employees, and their policies seem way less anal than others.
