He took care of all the fine details and guided me step by step. Troy and his team were on top of everything and I was able to close on my place within 4 weeks of making an offer (We could have done it even faster if needed, but this worked well with our timeline). And most importantly, I got a really great rate. So if you are looking to finance your next place, I would recommend having Troy and his team take care of things for you.
